Payment is due at the time of transaction. We accept all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards.
Shipping from United States
I will ship within three days of transaction for sculpture that is already finished. Custom sculpture will ship after completion All products are packed and shipped professionally and insured.
Shipping outside the U.S. is to be determinate by location and will be added to the total cost. Please contact me for any further inquires.
Refunds
All purchases are final. In the rare event the shipping damages occur notify the carrier of shipping damages and document with photographic evidence and retain original packing. Notify me immediately to report any damages to the sculpture. I will work directly with the carrier and client to resolve any issues.
